Caring for your Rokstove:

The Rockstove does not require any maintenance. However the stainless-steel casing may become smeared with fingerprints. In such cases use a damp cloth  to wipe the outside surface as well as the inside of the container (where the stones are placed on). Never remove the inside cover which covers the heating element. Remember to always unplug the unit from the wall outlet before cleaning.  Service should only be carried out by technicians authorized by AC Skin care Solutions Ltd or it’s designated distributors.

Limited Warranty

One year limited warranty on parts and labor from the day of purchase. The warranty does not apply and is voided in such cases where damage to the machine occurred due to up normal operating procedures and/or usage other than the one intended and in particular the warming up and heating of massage stones. The warranty does not apply in cases where damage to the machine occurred due to unauthorized maintenance work or to damage caused by the forces of nature.

Operating Instructions

Plug the Rockstove into an appropriate outlet

Remove the cover and place the stones inside the container.  Replace the cover.

Push the ON|OFF button to turn the machine on. Initially set the temperature between 80-90 d. for about 25-30 minutes.

Bring the temperature down to between 35-40 degrees.

 You are ready to start the massage!
 

You may want to experiment with the temperature settings to achieve the best temperature suitable for you in handling the stones.
